The real cost of paper
Paper doesn’t just cost you printing. It costs you the order that never happened.
₹120 × 20 tables
The side order nobody pictured
A diner orders what they can see. If a photo of the ghee roast moves one ₹120 extra across twenty tables, that is ₹2,400 — in a day, from the same footfall.
₹3,500 a reprint
And a week of wrong prices
Tomato goes up. You redesign, you print, you wait — and old cards stay on the tables the whole time, quietly selling at last month’s price.
2 hours a day
Explaining the same six dishes
“What is in the Chettinad?” — table after table, all through the rush. That is your fastest server, tied to a paper card.
You are already paying for a digital menu. You are just paying for it in printing, waiting, and questions.

The photos
You don’t need a food photographer.
Type the name of the dish. The photo appears. Every picture below was made that way — nobody cooked anything twice for a camera. Don’t like one? Put your own photo instead.

Everything that is actually in the box.
Ran out at 8pm? Grey it out at 8:01.
One tap on your phone and the dish dims on every menu in the room — before your server reaches the next table. No more “sorry sir, finished” after the order is already written down.

A photo for every dish
Generated the moment you add an item — matched to the dish, not a stock plate. Swap in your own whenever you like.
Tamil and English, together
Both names on the same row. Your regulars read one, the visitor reads the other.
Offers, live in a minute
Type the offer, hit save. Every diner who scans after that sees it. No designer, no print shop.
Your offer
Chettinad chicken ₹220 · till 3pm
Flip it on — watch the diner’s phone. That is the whole thing.
Offer is not showing on the menu.
NFC card + stickers, posted
Tap or scan — older phones scan, newer ones just tap. Included, not an add-on.
What it does not do yet: take orders or payments. Diners read the menu and call your server, exactly as they do today. In-menu ordering is being built — we would rather say that here than after you have paid.
Your customer’s flow
So what does your customer actually do?
Four steps, and your floor works exactly the way it works today. Nothing to install, nothing to sign up for, nothing for you to explain at the table.
Already there
They sit down and see the stand
The QR card is on the table before they arrive. Nobody has to wave at a waiter to get a menu.
2 seconds
They point their phone camera at it
Just the normal camera app. No scanner app to download, no typing, no Wi-Fi password.
Under a second
Your menu opens with photos and prices
In their own browser. Nothing to install, nothing to sign up for — works on an old Android too.
Faster than before
They tell your server what they want
Same as always — except they have already decided, and they have seen a dish they would never have asked about.

This is all they ever see.
One page. Photos, prices, what’s finished for the day, and today’s offer. They never make an account, never give a phone number, and never leave their browser.
Nothing changes for your staff. Your server still takes the order at the table, exactly as they do now.

Where we are
A thousand menus, and still one person you can call.
vsite is built and run from Tamil Nadu, for Tamil Nadu. That is not a marketing line — it is why support answers in Tamil, on WhatsApp, from someone who knows what a tiffin centre menu looks like.

Before you sign up
The questions people actually ask.
Can customers order from the menu?
Not today. vsite shows your menu; your server takes the order as usual. In-menu ordering and payment are being built, and existing customers get them first — but we are not going to sell you something that does not exist yet.
My menu is handwritten in a notebook. Will it work?
That is the case we built it for. Photograph the page. You will fix a line or two afterwards, and the whole thing still takes under three minutes.
What happens after the 7 free days?
We ask you to pay ₹299. If you do not, the menu pauses — nothing is deleted, and it comes straight back whenever you return. We never take a card before day 8.
Do you take a cut of my sales?
No. ₹299 a month is the entire relationship. No commission, no per-scan fee, no charge for the NFC card.
Do my customers need to install anything?
No. It opens in the phone’s own browser. Older Android, iPhone, a borrowed phone — all the same.
Is support in Tamil?
Yes — on WhatsApp, from a person, in Tamil or English.
Your menu is already written. It just needs a photograph.
